Khoya<br />Cardamom Powder<br />Saffron soaked in warm milk<br />Pistachios, finely chopped<br />Almonds, finely chopped<br /><br /><br />Method:-<br />1. Bring the milk to a boil once and then lower the flame.<br />2. Cook the milk while stirring continuously until it is reduced to half.<br />3. Add sugar and cook for another 4-5 minutes.<br />4. Now add khoya and cardamom powder. Turn the flame off.<br />5. Fill the mixture into moulds once cooled down.<br />6. For Kesar Kulfi, add saffron soaked milk, almonds and pistachios to the mixture and then fill it in the moulds.<br />7.
